The Girl2Girl Empowerment Movement organized a Staff and Volunteers Capacity Building Workshop at GEM Hall as part of its ongoing commitment to organizational strengthening and sustainable impact.
The workshop focused on enhancing the technical and professional capacity of staff and volunteers who are directly involved in program implementation. Key areas addressed included organizational values, roles and responsibilities, effective communication, safeguarding, leadership, ethical conduct, and community engagement best practices.
Through interactive sessions and practical learning approaches, participants strengthened their ability to deliver quality, girl-centered programs while upholding accountability and professionalism. The workshop also promoted teamwork, shared responsibility, and a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
This capacity-building initiative reflects G2G’s belief that investing in people is essential to achieving long-term, measurable impact. Well-trained teams improve program effectiveness, reduce operational risks, and ensure that resources are used efficiently and responsibly.
By strengthening internal capacity, G2G is better positioned to scale its interventions, maintain high standards, and deliver sustainable outcomes for girls and communities.
